Reflecting on my own journey, kindness began as an exploration of self-understanding. Growing up, I absorbed kindness as an intrinsic value passed down from my family. Yet, it was through personal challenges and moments of vulnerability that I truly discovered its power. The pivotal moment came when I faced a health setback, and the acts of kindness from friends and family illuminated my path to healing.
