My story (the short version)
I didn’t build SIMPLE Systems for Thriving from a textbook — I built it from lived experience. Like many of my clients, I’ve had seasons where life felt too full and my own needs kept sliding to the bottom of the list.
Over time, I learned that the answer wasn’t “try harder.” The answer was to create systems: gentle routines, supportive environments, and simple decisions you can repeat without burning out.
Now I help you do the same — so you can feel better, live lighter, and make progress you can actually keep.
