You may choose to join any or all components: online course, discussion board, and live calls. Live calls will be recorded and available in the online course for replay.  

These workshops are designed to help you use the S.I.M.P.L.E. system to rewrite and reframe your own story for personal healing.

Participation in the workshops does not obligate you to submit your work for publication; you may keep your writing private if you wish.
