In addition to my work with individuals, I serve as Lead Consultant and Partner at Approach Advisors, where we provide tailored consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits. Our focus is on supporting business growth, streamlining operations, and increasing profitability. We guide organizations through all phases of their business life cycle—from startup and growth to stabilization and expansion—using a data-driven, collaborative approach.
I am also the co-founder of Pathways to Purpose, a program for neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD) young adults ages 18–26. This program equips students with executive functioning skills, life systems, and holistic support from a fully integrated team of professionals. Our goal is to empower participants to successfully transition into college, trade school, internships, and independent adult living.
My journey has taken me from executive leadership in mission-driven organizations to supporting women in building vibrant, empowered lives. I hold an MBA in Finance and have served as Executive Director, Chief Finance Officer, and Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer, where I led financial overhauls, strategic initiatives, and social impact programming. As a consultant, I specialize in helping small businesses and nonprofits implement data-driven strategies, streamline operations, and tell compelling impact stories. Whether I’m building business operations systems, facilitating strategic growth, or guiding personal transformation, my mission is to create S.I.M.P.L.E. systems that make thriving more accessible.
